Do you offer furniture delivery to Columbus suburbs?
Yes — we deliver throughout the Columbus metro including Dublin, Worthington, Westerville, Upper Arlington, Grove City, Gahanna, Hilliard, and New Albany. Delivery is free on orders over $499. Our team will call 24 hours ahead and carry pieces to the room of your choice.
Can I finance a furniture purchase?
We offer 12-month same-as-cash financing through our lending partner with approved credit. Twelve months is enough to pay off most purchases without interest. Ask in-store for details — it takes about five minutes to apply.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original condition. Custom orders and clearance items are final sale. In practice, most issues are resolved through exchange or reselection rather than return — we want you to love what you bought.
How does the free design consultation work?
You schedule a time with one of our in-store design consultants. You can bring room dimensions, photos, paint swatches, or existing pieces you want to work around. The session is free with no purchase required. Many clients use the first session to plan and come back to buy — that's completely fine.
